Adam Block
Adam Block is CEO of Centro City Properties, an East Bay developer of sustainable commercial buildings. Block was responsible for the original project concept and managed the overall centro1331 development process from entitlements through construction.
Prior to joining Centro City Properties in 2005, Block had a ten-year career in technology management at a variety of Bay Area software companies. In 2000 he founded Harmonic Communications, an analytical marketing software firm.
Block has B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from Stanford University.

Eric Ibsen, LEED AP
Eric Ibsen, now with FORGE, is an architect with more than 17 years of experience in a wide range of project types including new construction, commercial interiors and building retrofit and renovation. A LEED Accredited Professional, Eric's work includes several LEED certified projects.
Prior to joining FME in 2008, Eric was a partner and founder of Ibsen/Senty Architecture and work with FME on such high profile projects as Zhone Technologies and Peet's Coffee and Tea Roasting Facility. Eric is a member of CoreNet Global and serves as Public Art Commissioner for the City of Alameda.
Eric has a B.S. from Miami University and an M. Architecture degree from Ohio State University.

Mark Oddi
Mr. Oddi's 30 years in the construction industry gives him the hands-on experience necessary to perform and manage all elements required by the diversity and complexity of almost any construction project. Mr. Oddi's projects have included several high end condo projects and high end single family residences in the bay area. He brings a wealth of knowledge in both office and field management, contract administration, permitting, design and coordination to each project.
In support of owner’s and developer’s, Mr. Oddi works closely with tenants, architects, engineers, government officials and contractors from project establishment to project turnover, and when combined with Terrasset's sound strategy for project management and execution, will assure that projects will be completed within schedule and within budget to the client’s satisfaction.
